Illegal Curve Hockey Draft podcasts:
We did a more condensed Friday evening as Winnipeg was without a first round pick and the expectation was if they got a 1st it would be within the top 15, so myself and Connor Hrabchak did a two hour show covering Jets related topics and the first 20 selections. We were joined by Michael Remis of Winnipeg Sports Talk to give us some insight into what things were like at the Sphere.

With the return to the weekend (last year the Draft was midweek) we were able to kick off day 2 with an extended version of the Illegal Curve Hockey Show as Drew, Ez and I went over day 1, if the Jets might use the buyout option, our thoughts on the Rutger McGroarty situation, Dylan DeMelo signing and provided live coverage of rounds 2 and 3. We ended the show with the Jets selecting Alfons Freij. We were joined by Jim Toth and Ross Levitan both of 680 CJOB.
