On a day we’ve used the word ‘prick’ a million times courtesy of Cole Perfetti‘s early morning media availability the 2020 1st rounder gets his first every NHL hat prick/trick to power the Jets to a 5-2 win over Utah. Winnipeg improves to 33-14-3 on the season as they move eight points up on Minnesota.

Notable:
Don’t know if that was Cole Perfetti or his alter ego “the Prick” but either way they gave the Jets a 1-0 lead on the power play.
The Gus Bus gets the hometown bounce to help the Jets get back the lead. It was David Gustafsson’s first of the season making it a 2-1 game.
Cole Perfetti is transforming before our very eyes. ‘Prick’ status confirmed according to Utah.
Not sure the word Prick has been typed this many times in a Jets game (ok it probably has) but what a game for Cole Perfetti as he made it a 3-2 game for Winnipeg with his second of the night.
And to think Nikolaj Ehlers almost didn’t play tonight. Love the look over the shoulder. What a goal by the Dane as he made it 4-2 for the Jets. He’s got 41 points in 41 games this season and that was the 499th of his career.
And Cole Perfetti goes full ‘prick’ getting his first ever hat trick in the NHL. And Nikolaj Ehlers gets his 500th NHL point.
Connor Hellebuyck picked up his 30th win of the season.
Multipoint Game:
Cole Perfetti 3G
Nikolaj Ehlers 1G 2A
Dylan DeMelo 2A
