Bruins re-sign Thompson and St. Pierre

F Nate Thompson and F Martin St. Pierre, Boston’s lone remaining restricted free agents, have re-signed with the Bruins.

St. Pierre is the skill forward and Thompson is the gritty forward, however, both of these players will likely begin the season with Providence of the AHL.

The Moose head to B.C. today where they will begin four games on the road starting on Friday with the Canucks (of Abbotsford).

Their lineup will be bolstered by the addition of Dominic Toninato who passed through waivers on Wednesday.

The Jets take their act on the road starting with a game tomorrow night in St. Louis against the Blue.

The Moose will be in Abbotsford for a practice on Thursday as they get ready to kick off four away from Manitoba.
