Infrequent IC contributor Amanda Kosior gets a shout on Tampa Bay Exposed, where the writer is taking offense to hockey cheerleaders. I can see both sides of this argument, but really, the cheerleaders aren’t hurting anyone. If you don’t like them, they are easily ignored.I am still a purist when it comes to games, and long for the days of organ music for entertainment, but if the cheerleaders help sell tickets, they are here to stay.
The Manitoba Moose have won several more AHL awards, including the top executive nod for GM Craig Heisinger. Well deserved award. The organization is hard-working, top to bottom.
