After 16 years of Saturday mornings, we closed the book on a longstanding Illegal Curve tradition!
For more than a decade and a half, the Illegal Curve Hockey Show had been part of the Saturday morning routine for hockey fans, bringing them the latest news, analysis, interviews and plenty of hockey talk along the way.
On our final Saturday show, we covered plenty of ground, including the lack of offensive production from the Jets’ second and fourth lines, whether the team’s start to the season could have any impact on the Connor Hellebuyck situation, the need for the fourth line to establish a clear identity, where Elias Salomonsson would fit into the lineup once healthy, and much more.
While that marked our final Saturday show, it certainly wasn’t goodbye. In fact, it was the beginning of an exciting new chapter as Illegal Curve moved to a Monday-to-Friday daily show!
And don’t worry, the Illegal Curve Post-Game Show wasn’t going anywhere! We continued breaking down all the action following every Winnipeg Jets game, just as fans had come to expect.
