CBC: Jets’ fans don red in support of slain soldiers. It was a movement that gained some momentum late as fans tried to get a red out to show support for the troops and our unity as Canadiens.
Illegal Curve: Fans moment of silence and sing O’ Canada at Jets game (video). If you missed it the entire MTS Centre crowd had a moment of silence for Cpl. Nathan Cirillo and Warrant Officer Patrice Vincent who were killed this week. Then Stacey Natrass who usually sings the anthem allowed the crowd to sing it instead. Well worth watching.
