The Jets hit the ice today for a quick skate following their 4-3 OT loss last night in Chicago and in advance of their Saturday matinee with the defending Stanley Cup champion Hurricanes. The big question mark was the status of Vlad Namestnikov who took a tumble yesterday during morning skate and was a scratch from the game.
Skate news:
No Namestnikov this morning but Walker Duehr was skating in a regular jersey as he looks to get cleared.
