Notable:

Took Cole Perfetti 36 games to score four goals last season. He’s got four goals in his sixth game as he opened the scoring with a nice tip and he wasn’t done there.

A hell of a pass by Neal Pionk to set up Mark Scheifele had his first goal of the season.

Cole Perfetti wasn’t done as he scored his fifth goal of the season and second of the game. Last season he scored number five in Game 40. He’s on pace for 70. Great passing by Mark Scheifele and Gabriel Vilardi on the power play.

It was a very good middle frame for Winnipeg who outshot Minnesota 13-3.

The home team kept things going in the final frame as Kyle Connor made a great move, turned and rocketed a shot upstairs for his 7th goal of the season to make it 4-2. He’s on pace for 98 this season.

And they weren’t done there as the Jets got a 4th line goal courtesy of Minnesotan Cole Koepke who made it 5-2 off a nifty feed from Vlad Namestnikov. Credit the Jets for not sitting back when they had a two goal lead after 40 minutes.

With the victory the Jets improve to 4-1-1 on the season as they move into a tie with the Wild for top spot in the Central.
