The Athletic: Grading every NHL team’s free-agency moves so far this offseason. (Paywall). While I believe there is little value in declaring winners and losers before a single player has played a single game (or providing grades as they did in this case), some folks like to provide immediate feedback. In this instance Murat gave Winnipeg a B+ for their two big signings.
