Note II: This evening, after the final buzzer sounds between Winnipeg and Vegas, we want you to be part of the conversation on the Illegal Curve Post-Game Show as we discuss and analyze the results of the game starting around 9:40 PM CT.
Note III: The Moose concluded their four games at home with a re-match against the Roadrunners which looked remarkably like the game these two teams played on Saturday with the home team scoring first and then the visitors dominating the final 40 minutes en route to another victory. Today, they head to Toronto for the first of four games on the road out east which get underway on Wednesday.
Note IV: The OHL and WHL regular seasons concluded this past weekend so we took a closer look at how the five Jets prospects that are playing there did during the 2025-26 campaign.
Jets news:
Winnipeg Sun: Jets’ sked looks hopeless, so there’s a chance. We knew weeks ago (if not longer) that it was going to be next to impossible given how much more difficult the Jets strength of schedule was gonna be down the stretch as compared to the other teams chasing the final wild card spot.
Winnipeg Free Press: As playoff hopes dwindle, should there be a Jets goalie controversy? (Paywall). While I do not think there is a controversy, there is probably a reasonable argument to be made to increase the number of games that the backup is playing in during the stretch.

Global News: Jets don’t have to run Hellebuyck ragged to stay alive. This six game run has certainly shown what he is capable of doing for this team.
