The Moose returned home from their three-game road trip having gone 2-1-0 which kept them in 2nd spot in the Central. They swapped goalie prospects sending Domenic DiVincentiis up to Winnipeg while Thomas Milic was returned to Manitoba. They also got back top D prospect Elias Salomonsson on Tuesday after he played four NHL games which included his NHL debut.
We will be looking for updates on a pair of Jets prospects. Colby Barlow got tied up with Ryan Sandelin in Sunday’s victory over Iowa which looks like it caused a lower-body injury. He didn’t return to the game. Additionally, Jacob Julien was expected to miss 6-8 weeks with a lower-body injury. Before the team left for Chicago where they began the road trip last week, head coach Mark Morrison said Julien was cleared but that he wanted to get him into some more practices.

Health update:
A trio of Jets prospects dealing with some bumps and bruises. We got updates from head coach Mark Morrison. Good news for Colby Barlow who avoided serious injury after getting tangled up in Iowa and limping off the ice. He’s considered day-to-day with the bench boss adding “it’s not going to keep him out long term”. Some unfortunate news for Jacob Julien who appeared ready to go but tweaked it during a skate. Said the decision as to when he gets back on the ice will be made in a few days. Lastly, Fabian Wagner remains dat-to-day and doing IR skates.
Up next:
Another day of practice tomorrow for Manitoba as they get set to face the Wild this weekend.
