Note: The Jets put their losing slide away with a 5-3 win over the Canucks which saw their power play get back on track with two goals. It didn’t come without a cost however as Haydn Fleury left the game in the 2nd and did not return. Following the conclusion of the game, Jets bench boss Scott Arniel would only reveal that it was an upper-body injury. They are off today.
Note II: It was a newsy day on Tuesday for the Jets as we learned that Dylan Samberg was wearing a regular jersey for the first time. We also learned that Cole Koepke was day-to-day and the other significant news was that Morgan Barron, who just nine days ago was labelled week-to-week, was designated as day-t0-day by his head coach.
Note III: After two days of practice the Moose are back in action this evening as they take on Rockford. They’ll be looking to build on their win in Texas. Puck drop is at 7 PM CST.
