Note: The Jets were off on Sunday but did make their second cut of training camp reducing the roster by four players who they sent to the AHL club of Manitoba. They return to the ice today as they get set for the fifth exhibition game on Tuesday when they head to Minnesota to take on the Wild.

Note II: The Moose are set to open training camp today for the 11th time since they returned to Manitoba and as always we’ll have complete coverage this season.

Illegal Curve Hockey Show: Saturday podcastJust a shade under two weeks into Jets training camp and things are starting to get a bit more clear. They played in Edmonton on Friday night and then were home to Calgary last night which gave us plenty to discuss on the show. We covered Colby Barlow, which prospect might get first recall, the 2nd line, if they are better prepared because of the Blues series, if backend depth chart has changed at all in training camp and depth. We were joined by Sean Reynolds of Sportsnet and Craig Button of TSN.
