Note: The Jets prospects hit the ice on Wednesday for the first time together as they prepared for the Prospect Showdown which is set to take place in Montreal over this upcoming weekend. We hear from Moose head coach Mark Morrison following skate (watch here) as well as top prospect Brayden Yager (watch here).
Note II: While the prospects will have a second straight day of skating we will be directing our focus to the NHL group hitting the ice at hockey for all centre today at 10:45 AM. The expectation is we will be hearing from captain Adam Lowry as he works his way back from offseason hip surgery and Winnipegger Jonathan Toews after a week and a half of skating with pros.

Whether that’s with the big club under the watchful eyes of Jonathan Toews, Mark Scheifele and Adam Lowry or if he’s down on the farm where the organization has stocked the AHL club of Manitoba with a solid core of veterans.
