Note: The Jets practiced on Friday where we learned that Mark Scheifele will still not be ready to play quite yet. While it is a gameday there will not be a morning skate considering it is an afternoon contest. All the relevant news will be posted in the pre-game report so check back for that. Puck drop is at 2 PM CST.
Note II: This evening, after the final buzzer sounds between Winnipeg and Ottawa, we want you to be part of the conversation on the Illegal Curve Post-Game Show as we discuss and analyze the results of the game.
Note III: The Moose were looking like they were finally ready to end their long losing streak which going into action last night sat at seven straight games. Instead they turned a 4-1 lead into a 5-4 OT loss on a goal that was initially called off. They built up that lead with goals from Thomas Caron (here), Nikita Chibrikov (here), C.J. Suess (here) and Jeff Malott (here). They have a re-match tonight with Grand Rapids. Puck drop is at 6 PM CST.
Note IV: How about you join us this morning for two hours of Winnipeg Jets talk on the Illegal Curve Hockey Show which gets underway at 9 AM sharp. We will be joined by Jets radio play-by-play voice Paul Edmonds of 680 CJOB and Colby Cohen of Daily Faceoff.
