Notable:

This game was Neil Pionk’s 300th in a Jets uniform (NHL game 401 overall).

Five straight games for Cole Perfetti with a goal. Impressive. And that one was a rocket as he picks the top corner. His sixth of the year. He’s on pace for 30 this season.

Mason Appleton tied his goals total from last season (5) in game number 16. Last year he has five goals in 51 games. That’s a 25 goal pace. Not too shabby.

Jets were tidy in the middle frame scoring three goals on five shots.

Buffalo was the better team overall but the Jets have Connor Hellebuyck and he is the great equalizer.

Multi Point Game:

Nino Niederreiter 2A
Vlad Namestnikov 2A
