Winnipeg Jets Morning Papers

Your source for all the latest hockey news in Manitoba.

Note: The Jets were looking to keep their streak alive on Saturday but the division leading Stars put an end to that as they won the special teams battle and ultimately won the game 3-2. Winnipeg is off today.

Note II: The Moose practiced on Saturday morning as they prepared to kick off a two-game set against the Rocket which starts today. Now I’m not sure if anything happened but it appears that Jets goalie prospect Thomas Milic has been recalled from the Norfolk Admirals of the ECHL. Manitoba could also be getting a boost with Declan Chisholm potentially being assigned on a conditioning assignment to get the AHL All-Star some game action for the first time since he played in a pre-season game. (Update: The team recalled Milic and the Jets loaned Chisholm).
