The Athletic: 16 Stats. (Paywall). Number 11 looks at the significant impact made by number 27 for the Jets and also wonder why his ice time at five on five is seventh among forwards.

TSN: Bowness tells Perfetti ‘it’s big boy hockey now’ as intensity builds towards playoffsIt’s been three games since Cole Perfetti was put on a line alongside Pierre-Luc Dubois and Kyle Connor and he has found success, recording a point in each contest. Perfetti spoke about how he is adapting to the line and playing on the right wing and how he is preparing himself for the last stretch of the season before the playoffs come.

TSN: Jets back at home trying to avoid getting burned by ‘skilled and fast’ Sabres. The Jets return home following a five-game road trip where they picked up a pair of wins. The team is looking forward to playing in front of their home fans but know to expect a ‘big push’ from the Sabres, a team fighting for a playoff spot and who are coming in with a four-game win streak.
