The second Jets RFA to get a new deal is CJ Suess who has signed a two-year deal with the Jets according to CapFriendly worth $700,000/$100,000 in year 1 and $750,000/$150,000 in year 2.
The Jets 2014 5th rounder has played two seasons as a pro, mostly in the AHL with the Moose, but he did get his first taste of the NHL this season getting recalled and into one game for the Jets. In 57 games for Manitoba he had 14 goals and 13 assists.
Suess is one of the hardest working players for the Moose who can score, is defensively responsible and can be physical.
