Note II:  This is day 112 since the NHL hit the pause button on the 2019-20 season.

Note III:  Since nothing is simple in this COVID world of ours a hub city front runner appears to be out as we were told on Tuesday that Vegas, which seemed to be a lock, is now not in a secure position according to TSN’s Frank Seravalli.  His colleague Bob McKenzie suggests barring anything unforeseen it will be an all Canadian duo in Edmonton and Toronto as hub cities.
