Shortly thereafter Jets GM Kevin Cheveldayoff held an availability to chat about his selection as a finalist for GM of the Year as well as to talk about his hockey club. Today the focus switches to the biggest game of the season as Winnipeg attempts to even the series with a game 4 win tonight in Vegas. Note II: True North and Economic Development Winnipeg are trying to reverse the trend of sparse attendance which we witnessed for game 2 when just 11,000 folks showed up outside Bell MTS Place by issuing 37,500 tickets for the game 5 Winnipeg Whiteout Street Party. Of course that could create an entirely different set of problems.
