Winnipeg Jets Morning Papers

Latest Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose news.

Note:  The Jets are in Anaheim following last night’s 5-4 OT win over the Sharks in San Jose.  Today the team is scheduled to practice at the Honda Center at 3:30 pm CST as they prepare to face the Ducks tomorrow to close out their pre All-Star weekend schedule.  Questions surround the health of defenceman Dmitry Kulikov who left the game after being hit into the boards and is being evaluated today according to coach Maurice.

Note II:  The Moose kick off their first of nine straight on the road tonight in Belleville as they do battle with the Senators.  They skate at 10:15 am  at Yardmen Arena and puck drop takes place at 6 pm.  Expectations are that the team will get some reinforcements back including Mike Sgarbossa (suspension) and Buddy Robinson (injury) which will help offset the recalls of Roslovic and Lemieux.
