Bob Gainey calls on Montreal fans to respect the American national anthem. I agree with him. The Habs have American players in their lineup, and it is a prime example of boorish behaviour to boo another country’s anthem. I saw Habs fans do this in New Jersey, where they either sat, booed or did both to the American and Canadian anthems.
