Winnipeg Sun:  Jets look for success vs Central rivalWhile you don’t want to lose any games, the ones against your division rivals are so important and tonight the Jets have an opportunity to take advantage of a Wild team that isn’t at 100% health.

Winnipeg Free Press:  Lemieux ready, willing… and Maurice confident he’s able tonight.  (Paywall).  The second year pro will be bringing the energy and maybe even the raucous.

TSN:  Lemieux looks to add some sandpaper to Jets’ lineup in debut.  (Video).  Brendan Lemieux will make his NHL debut tonight when the Jets host the Wild, and the son of Claude Lemieux is hoping to bring some grit to the lineup and contribute up front.

The Athletic Winnipeg:  Matt Hendricks hopes to bring leadership role to Jets.  (Paywall).  While it sounds like coach Maurice wants him in the lineup he remains out since pre-season so to date the leadership is taking place off the ice.
