Much like they’ve done all season long the Jets will not be thinking about what happened in the last game when they hit the ice for a critical Game 4 this evening in Dallas. One thing they’ve done in their Presidents’ Trophy winning regular season was put wins and losses behind them regardless of the outcome. You can expect them to do the same tonight in Dallas as they look to even the series before it returns to Manitoba.
Might the Stars be getting a boost tonight? Former NHLer turned analyst for Sportsnet Nick Kypreos said on Monday “strong indication is he (Miro Heiskanen) could be medically cleared in time for a potential game 4 return”. While the top pairing Dman has been out of the lineup since January 28th he would still be a big boost for the home team. They skate at 10:30 AM so stay tuned for any updates in that regard.
Morning skate news:
As per Mike McIntyre of the Winnipeg Free Press no changes for the Jets.
Lineup news:
As per Stars coach Pete DeBoer there is a chance that Miro Heiskanen could play tonight depending on how he feels following this morning’s skate. They might go 11/7 so we’ll have to wait for warm-up to see if he plays.
Late changes news:
Schenn in for Miller for the Jets while the Stars go 11/7. Also as per Murat Ates of The Athletic Winnipeg a swap of the forwards.
