With Bruins eliminated Jets get 5th rounder for Stafford trade

The Jets first got a 6th round conditional pick in 2018 from the Bruins when they traded Drew Stafford at the trade deadline.  This improved to a 5th rounder when Boston clinched a playoff spot and included Drew Stafford playing in 50% of the games down the stretch.

The pick could have improved to a 4th rounder had Boston advanced but after being eliminated today by Ottawa the pick will stay as a 5th rounder in 2018.
