Winnipeg Jets will not extend qualifying offer to Matt Halischuk

The waiver wire pickup from Nashville who earned the name Hustlechuk will not be back in a Winnipeg Jets uniform according to Ken Wiebe of the Winnipeg Sun.

The #NHLJets will not be issuing a qualifying offer to Matt Halischuk, allowing the winger to become an unrestricted free agent
