Winnipeg Jets Transaction Report: Cole Perfetti reassigned from Moose to taxi squad with CJ Suess going to Manitoba

Earlier today the Jets made a transaction to the taxi squad and now they’ve reassigned 2020 1st rounder Cole Perfetti from the Manitoba Moose to the taxi squad while reassigning CJ Suess back down to their AHL affiliate.

Cole Perfetti has spent the first couple of days this week with the Moose at training camp which kicked off on Monday. Manitoba head coach Pascal Vincent told us in his zoom chat he expects to start Perfetti at centre whenever the AHL season gets underway.

Which means we have to update the Jets taxi squad, which sits at six players, again and which now includes: Kristian Vesalainen, Logan Stanley Ville Heinola, Dylan Samberg, Nelson Nogier and Cole Perfetti).

We will have to wait till Thursday to find out what this move portends.
