The Jets ended the day with a minor league deal with Columbus as they acquired Alex Broadhurst who has only two NHL games under his belt and has spent most of his time in the American Hockey League. In 48 games with Cleveland the centre from Illinois has 8 goals and 21 assists. Columbus will get future considerations for Broadhurst.
