Winnipeg Jets take late lead but Anaheim Ducks tie it less than a minute later and win it 4-3 in OT

The Jets squandered a two-goal lead, culminating in Troy Terry’s OT winner, to send the Ducks quacking-happily back to Anaheim.

Notable:

It took just 33 seconds into the game for Mark Scheifele and his top line to open the scoring. He finished off a nice play that was started by Gabriel Vilardi along the wall and then Kyle Connor showing off his chemistry with 55. As we learned via TSN it gave them the most goals as a trio most goals as a trio.

Nice top corner shot for the captain as Adam Lowry got his 10th of the season. A nice pass by Alex Iafallo and it was a nice play by Nino Niederreiter along the wall. 17 is on pace for a 20 goal season.

After the home team squandered a two goal lead they re-took it late in the 3rd as Alex Iafallo with the wrap around for his sixth of the season.

But Radko Gudas tied it less than a minute later which would send it to OT.

In extra time Cole Perfetti hit the net which came off its moorings. The Ducks took possession and went the other way where Jet killer Troy Terry picked up his second GWG of the season vs Winnipeg.
