Winnipeg Jets sign RFA Tyrel Bauer to a one-year contract

The Jets got another RFA deal done signing Tyrel Bauer to a one-year deal with an AAV of 775K at NHL level.

The big Albertan has spent the last three seasons in the minors with the Moose patrolling the blueline while keeping opponents honest and not allowing his teammates to be on the receiving end of any shenanigans. He had some big tilts this season including this one and this one.

The right-shot defender was drafted by Winnipeg back in 2020 and it still looking to make his NHL debut.
