Winnipeg Jets sign Kristian Vesalainen to a three-year contract

It has been quiet on the Jets news front as of late but on Sunday the team signed their 2017 1st rounder Kristian Vesalainen to a three-year entry-level contract worth an average annual value of $1.492 million.

Now the big question for this Finnish sniper is where will he play?  Vesalainen obviously wants to play on the Jets and has stated his desire to play in North America this season but he could end up playing for the Moose in the AHL or he could return to Europe this coming season.  Should make for an interesting camp for this Jets prospect.
