Winnipeg Jets sign goalie Collin Delia to a one-year, one-way contract

As per Kevin Weekes the Jets have added netminder Collin Delia to a one-way contract (Ken Wiebe of Sportsnet reporting it’s a one-year deal with a 775K value). The Rancho Cucamonga product (I just like saying Rancho Cucamonga) spent last season with the Canucks organization splitting time with Vancouver (20 games) and Abbotsford (9). He’s played a total of 52 NHL games during his six seasons as a pro.

The expectation is that David Rittich will not be returning leaving an opening as backup for Winnipeg.

The organization also didn’t make Arvid Holm a qualifying offer so it would appear that Oskari Salminen, who they signed to a two-year deal last summer and 5th round selection Thomas Milic, who is expected to turn pro, could be the netminders in the system.
