Winnipeg Jets send season ticket holder survey (includes question re: playing in other jurisdictions)

The Jets sent season ticket holders an email today titled ‘Winnipeg Jets Covid Health & Safety Survey’ the body of which said:

As we approach the second half of the 2021-22 season, we have decided to conduct a short survey in order to better understand your feelings about a variety of health and safety issues.

Our goal is to provide the best guest experience possible while keeping our fans, employees, and community safe. You are a valued member of the Winnipeg Jets community and your feedback will be taken into consideration as we navigate changing pandemic restrictions.

Which led to a survey:

Question 1:

Assuming provincial health orders permit, what is your likelihood to attend Winnipeg Jets home games in the coming weeks if True North maintained the same level of restrictions that were in place at the start of the season (mask-wearing and proof of double vaccination) for the following scenarios?

Question 2:

Assuming Provincial health orders permit, how would your likelihood to attend Winnipeg Jets home games in the coming weeks change if the following additional restrictions were added?

Question 3:

If current public health orders (maximum 250 capacity in Canada Life Centre) remain in place, how would you feel if Winnipeg Jets home games were played in another jurisdiction without restrictions on fan attendance?

The last question is garnering some interest as hockey insider Elliotte Friedman tweeted:

Earlier tonight, the Winnipeg Jets sent out a survey asking season-seat holders their opinion on the possibility of home games in another jurisdiction. It is believed the Jets are exploring playing some games at Saskatoon’s SaskTel Centre while there are attendance restrictions in Manitoba. That arena seats 15,000. At this point, Saskatchewan does not have restrictions. Obviously, there is work that needs to be done, and approvals to be secured. But the Jets are doing their legwork.
