Gagner joined the Jets on a one-year deal. He’s played 48 games this season scoring eight goals and adding six assists. He last played on February 28th. Likely his biggest moment of 2022-23 as a member of Winnipeg’s NHL club was playing in his 1000th NHL game which came back in December. Two of his eight goals were game-winning goals for the Jets (which were the most for him in five seasons). He had the winner vs the Rangers in the Season/Home Opener and the GWG vs the Flames in the first game to start 2023.

This is the 16th season in the NHL for the London, Ontario product who was drafted 6th overall by the Oilers back in 2007.
