Winnipeg Jets restructure leadership group (no specific captain to start season)

Some breaking news this morning as the Jets have announced that they will not have a captain to start the 2022-23 season. Here was the note from the team PR account

Obviously this removes the C from the chest of Blake Wheeler who was named captain at the end of August 2016.
