Jets Release:

Kevin Cheveldayoff, General Manager of the Winnipeg Jets Hockey Club, has issued the following statement today in regards to former Video Coach Tony Borgford:

“The Winnipeg Jets and True North Sports & Entertainment would like to thank Tony for his years of service to not only the Jets, but also the former Atlanta Thrashers organization. He was a valued member of our coaching staff during the team’s re-entry into the National Hockey League and played a vital role in the players and coaches preparation for each game. We wish him all the best in his new position with the Edmonton Oilers organization and the Oklahoma City Barons Hockey Club.”
