Winnipeg Jets release statement regarding Bryan Little after 3rd period injury

It was a scary incident last night in the 3rd period as veteran centre Bryan Little was hit in the side of the head by a Nikolaj Ehlers slap shot. Little was down on the ice for a few moments before he made his way to the bench and to the dressing room. Coach Maurice didn’t have an update last night after the game and the team is off today. However they have released this statement:

It has been a tough season for Little who suffered a concussion in the final pre-season game which caused him to miss the start of the regular season. Of the Jets 16 games he has played in seven of them.  He has two goals and three assists.
