Winnipeg Jets release 2015-16 training camp schedule

Missed this from last week but with the training camp roster coming out today it helps to have a schedule to go with it.

Jets Release:

The Jets will conduct Training Camp at MTS Centre and MTS Iceplex from Friday, Sept. 18 to Wednesday, Oct. 7. Players will be available to the media at the completion of their entire training day, which consists of their particular group’s on-ice session followed by an off-ice workout. Head Coach Paul Maurice will be available to the media approximately 20 minutes following the final practice of the day.

Training Camp sessions held at MTS Centre will not be open to the public; however, the sessions held at MTS Iceplex are free and accessible to the public.

Player rosters and group assignments will be released at a later date closer to the beginning of training camp.

Winnipeg will kick-off the preseason against the Minnesota Wild on Tuesday, Sept. 22 at the MTS Centre at 7 p.m. CT. The Jets will play a total of seven pre-season games before starting the regular season in Boston on Thursday, Oct. 8.

Winnipeg Jets fans are also reminded of the second annual Fan Fest on Saturday, Sept. 19 from 9 am to 2 pm at MTS Iceplex.
