Winnipeg Jets reduce training camp roster by ten

The Jets made their first training camp roster reduction on Tuesday going from 56 players in camp down to 50. Today they have made a further reduction as follows:

G – Thomas Milic
G – Oskari Salminen
D – Tyrel Bauer
D – Artemi Kniazev
D – Dmitry Kuzmin
D – Simon Lundmark
F – Nikita Chibrikov
F – Brad Lambert
F – Daniel Torgersson

The Jets also announced that defenceman Dean Stewart has been released from his professional try-out

This leaves 40 players at Jets camp.

Of course with the Moose starting their training camp on Sunday these players will simply be heading across the hall.
