Winnipeg Jets recall Kristian Vesalainen and Ville Heinola from taxi squad; Tucker Poolman moved to non-roster status

Be prepared for a lot of transactions this season.

Ahead of tonight’s game against the Leafs the Jets announced they have recalled winger Kristian Vesalainen and defenceman Ville Heinola from their taxi squad.

With six games in the next nine nights there could be lots of new faces in the roster.

They also indicated that defenceman Tucker Poolman, who is on the NHL’s CPRA list, has been moved to non-roster status.
