Winnipeg Jets recall Julian Melchiori; place Ondrej Pavelec on IR

Hopefully Julian Melchiori didn’t get too comfortable on the road as the Moose are in the midst of a six game road trip where Melchiori had re-joined the team after clearing waivers.  He played his first AHL game in a month in Saturday’s shootout win over the Monsters.  However with Tobias Enstrom suffering an injury in Saturday’s loss the team has recalled him once again.

To make room the team has placed veteran netminder Ondrej Pavelec on injured reserve retroactive to the 7th.
