Winnipeg Jets recall Dominic Toninato from the Moose; place Haydn Fleury on IR

No Mason Appleton as the Jets took to the ice for warm-up before their game against the Predators. That wasn’t a big surprise as he hadn’t skated the last two days. But with the Jets leaving for Colorado after the game against Nashville for tomorrow’s final game of 2024 the expectation was they’d make a move.

Just before puck drop the team announced they had recalled Dominic Toninato from the Moose. The captain of Manitoba has six goals and five assists in 25 games this season. This is his first recall of the 2024-25 campaign.

The team also announced they had placed defenceman Haydn Fleury on IR retroactive to December 23rd. Scott Arniel had announced that Fleury was out week-to-week.
