Winnipeg Jets recall Brad Lambert from the Moose

The Jets are about to embark on a three game road trip which starts in Montreal, heads next to Boston and then concludes in Washington next Saturday night. Given they only have 12 healthy forwards the team needed to recall a player from the Moose before they left.

They’ve announced that 2022 1st rounder Brad Lambert will get his third recall of the season and second in just three days. He didn’t play a game for Winnipeg during his last recall although he did dress for warm-up in the game on Friday night against Utah but he was ultimately not needed as Nikolaj Ehlers, who had been a game-time decision, was able to play.

During his first recall in early December he played a four game stretch for the Jets before he was returned to the Moose. He’s played 30 games this season for Manitoba with three goals and 13 assists.
