With the Moose in action tonight and the Jets having a few days before their next game the team announced they have reassigned 2019 1st rounder Ville Heinola to the Manitoba Moose.

Heinola was recalled ahead of the three-game road trip but didn’t play any games. He has bounced back and forth quite a few times this season between the NHL and AHL playing in eight games with Winnipeg and 31 with Manitoba.

The Moose play the Canucks in a re-match tonight in Abbotsford at 9 PM CDT.
