Lots of ‘what goes up must come down’ posts as Axel Jonsson-Fjällby is becoming a bit of a yo-yo since he cleared waivers a few weeks back. He played his second game with the Jets on Sunday since his original reassignment but with Nino Niederreiter arrival in Winnipeg last night it means the 23-man roster needed to be adjusted. Of course the Jets didn’t announce Niederreiter’s removal from the non-roster player list so it also could mean David Gustafsson, who has been on IR since last month but shed his non-contact uniform, is ready to return.

With that in mind the team reassigned Jonsson-Fjällby back down to the Moose where he played four games for Manitoba during this time adding three goals and one assist to a team that is currently rolling on a nine-game points streak.
The Jets are set to practice at 11 AM with Niederreiter expected to join the team for a skate in Winnipeg.
Health update on the captain.
An emotional conclusion for the Jets as their playoffs ended in six games.
Quite a roller coaster for both teams fan bases.
