The Jets haven’t played a home game in a long, long time (December 19th to be precise). Since that time they’ve had six home games postponed.
Today they emailed season ticket holders to provide an update for the games at the end of the month.
Recently we communicated with you that due to the Province’s extension of the public health order limiting large gatherings, attendance restrictions will remain in place at Canada Life Centre until at least Feb. 1, 2022. These restrictions mean that a maximum of 250 fans will be permitted to attend the upcoming Winnipeg Jets home games on Tuesday Jan. 25 vs. Florida and Thursday Jan. 27 vs. Vancouver. As such, your Winnipeg Jets account will be adjusted to remove these games from your account resulting in credit on your account.
As we continue to understand the impact and duration of the reduced capacity, we ask that you complete the survey below to indicate how you would like to use this account credit. If we do not receive a response from you, the funds paid for these games will remain on account as credit by default.
Regrettably, we aren’t able to have all of you join us for the two games, but we would like to provide you with the opportunity to purchase tickets to either game. Simply click the link below to indicate your interest. If selected, an email will be sent to you on Jan. 19 with details of your purchase opportunity.
125 randomly selected Season Seat Holders will be provided an opportunity to purchase 2 tickets to the game outlined in the survey; tickets will be sold in pairs only.
Seats will be spread out on the west side of Canada Life Centre.
Tickets will be sold at the Season Seat Holder package price based on the available sections (ranging from $108 to $174 per seat).
There is the latest news. It is expected the NHL will provide rescheduled dates this week for the postponed games so stay tuned for that.
