Winnipeg Jets prospect Kieron Walton didn’t pass his last concussion test; remains in protocol

While Jets prospect Kieron Walton is adding some physical activity to his routine according to Jets head coach Scott Arniel told us today he did not pass his last test. While he is “into some physical activity” according to the bench boss but “until he passes there is no more movement yet”.

Tough news for the prospect who was on the receiving end of a heavy, open ice hit in a game against the Habs prospects just short of two weeks ago.

We do know, as per Ken Wiebe of the Winnipeg Free Press, that Walton was skating with Jets captain Adam Lowry on another rink.

Once he passes his test he’ll be sent back to his junior team in Sudbury.
