The always motoring prospect was having another good season in the OHL with 14 goals and 16 assists for 30 points in 26 games.

He was named captain of the IceDogs about 14 months ago. He played 218 games for them compiling 102 goals and 90 assists for 192 points.

The Jets prospect has a lot of folks who admire his game. You can see he plays with a high compete.

The news was first reported by an OHL Insider account previously although another account said it would happen after the Christmas break. Today the team confirmed the deal.

And for the remainder of this year that will be taking place in Flint for the Firebirds. Huge opportunity as he goes to the top team in the OHL’s Western Conference.
