The Jets are coming off their second straight regulation loss although last night’s was probably the more disappointing of the two as they were expected to rebound after the Tuesday loss with a better effort on Thursday.

Skate news:

It was a lightly attended optional with just three forwards (Isak Rosén, Brad Lambert & Cole Koepke) and four defenceman (Jacob Bryson, Dylan DeMelo, Ville Heinola and Elias Salomonsson) as well as three goalies (Connor Hellebuyck, Eric Comrie and Jason Kasdorf).
